Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê (/ˈcɘbi/ /ˌqadaˈvɘkè/ [crazy; insane; silly] [perception]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Qíîsîrêyê Sêpíêto Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê was founded by Izsrang Êpîpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 13°C (55°F). Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê receives an average of 217 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Overview

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1167, by Izsrang Êpîpí. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Izsrang Êpîpí.

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Unfortuantly, these political statment focused walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its god. More than it loves wealth. The town is very clearly poor. Buildings are run down in ways that are not imeadiatly obvious. The people are a bit too thin. The market is very eager to sell to newcomers, but not so eager to buy from them. There’s also a general lack of the hum and buzz of healthy industry in Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê.

Civic Infrastructure

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê possesses a city-wide Aethary Link which provides Aethary access anywhere within its metropolitan. This allows citizens who can afford the relevant devices access in their places of work, and rarely homes.

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê. Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..

In Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.

The Leshy, Fungus near Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Cêbi-qadavêkè Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves ritual combat to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via recitation of poetic epics.
